THE AUTHOR

Jim Sarto worked in the New Jersey Public School System for thirty-five successful years where he served as a teacher, supervisor, and administrator at various levels, prior to retiring from his last ten years as a high school principal in 2014.

He currently works for the New Jersey Principal/Supervisor Association. He is also an educational consultant in the tri-state area, a licensed pilot, an interpreter for the deaf, and has been a professional musician for over fifty years.
